The Map Room is owned and operated by Michele Danielle LLC ("we", "us", "our"), trading as The Map Room. By creating an account or using the service you enter into an agreement with Michele Danielle LLC.

By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use The Map Room you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of a business or brokerage, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to contract.

The Map Room lets real estate agents build comparative market analysis (CMA) reports from subject property details and comparable sales, save them to their account, brand them, and share read-only links with clients. Pricing ranges are calculated estimates for discussion purposes and are not appraisals, valuations, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing every report before sharing it and for the accuracy of the data you enter.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. You may not reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute access, or circumvent technical or plan limits.

You must not use the service to:

• break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
• commit fraud, send spam, or misrepresent property data to consumers;
• upload or distribute malware, or probe, scan, or interfere with our security;
• scrape, bulk-extract, or automate access to the service without our permission.

You keep ownership of the property data, comparable sales, branding, and client details you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the rights to use any images, logos, or listing data you upload.

We retain all ownership of the service, including its software, report templates, documentation, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers our intellectual property to you.

Plans are $12 per month or $120 per year, billed in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. Your first 3 reports are free without a subscription.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, third-party outages, and data-source gaps can affect availability and comparable sales results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The service is provided "as is".

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost commissions, or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful or infringing use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. When access ends you may export or print your reports during a reasonable wind-down period, after which your data may be deleted.

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes take effect when posted on this page; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, and disputes will be heard in the courts of that state. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
