Refund Policy

The Map Room, operated by Michele Danielle LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — monthly or yearly plan, no explanation needed.

Your first 3 reports are free, so you can try the service fully before paying anything.

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact us through the support link in your dashboard and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds outside the 30-day window are considered case by case, and Paddle's refund policy also applies.
